Sense of Team works with various teams by creating and running teamwork trainings.  Our aim is always to ensure the long-term development of the team.

There are different teams – larger and smaller ones, some that are purposeful, others that are focused on processes.  All of them, however, are joined together by the belief that anyone can achieve more by working together with others.  That’s why Sense of Team clients include companies and organisations which believe in the strength of a team and shape the rhythm of their work in accordance with it.

We use different training environments and programmes in our approach so that each client can find the most appropriate solution.  For practical people and those who yearn adventure, we offer our High Rope and Urban Expedition programmes, which involve decision making, implementation of decisions, and trust of others.  Those who are strategic and thoughtful people may find the Team Laboratory and Team Test programmes to be more appropriate, as they allow participants to take an in-depth look at their own personality and better understand their teammates.

We’ve offered teamwork programmes to companies and organisations for more than 10 years, and we are experts in this area in Latvia.
